Yes. Cancelling while we're still looking for a captain, or shortly after a captain accepts, is free. If the captain has already arrived at your pickup, a cancellation fee may apply. The app tells you before you confirm.

A 4-digit code shown in your app. Share it with the captain when you get in; the trip can only start once they enter it, so you always know you're in the right vehicle.

Everyday items like documents, food, clothes, gifts, electronics, and commercial stock within the size and weight limits shown in the app. Illegal, dangerous or prohibited items aren't allowed.

Bike Express handles light packages from 1 to 10 kg (documents, food, laptops, small gifts). Auto Cargo handles medium to heavy loads from 1 to 100 kg or up to 150 kg (bulk boxes, retail stock, appliances).

Your delivery partner takes a photo of the parcel before pickup and another at delivery. Both appear on your order with time stamps, so there's a record if anything goes wrong.

It's optional. If you add it while booking, you'll see the plan, premium and coverage before you confirm. Cover and claims are provided by our insurance partner.

A one-time code for the receiver. The partner only completes the delivery once the receiver shares it.
